ABOUT
Rachel grew up on the Western Slope of Colorado -- a place that more resembles Mars than anything John Denver sang about. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Colorado Mesa University before beginning a decade-long journey away from and back to acting (there was a yurt, questionable hair choices, and a lot of pie). She received her MFA in acting from the University of Tennessee.
Rachel attributes her penchant for comedy to growing up with too much TV (and being the youngest). The Dick Van Dyke Show, Taxi, The Mary Tylor Moore Show, and I Love Lucy were staples of her youth. As a result, she is dipping her toe into comedy writing and stand-up. In the meantime, please cast her in POTUS (or as a lawyer--she also plays a good lawyer).
Her credits include Miss Casewell in The Mousetrap, Mother in The Giver, Greta in Murder on the Orient Express, Judy in Trouble in Mind, Agnes in She Kills Monsters, and Mrs. Cratchit as well as the Ghost of Christmas Future in A Christmas Carol.
